Standing-bar arm of UMAYA, Yokohama Beer's flagship brewpub complex, housed on the 1F of the Yokohama Kannai Jisho Building five minutes from Bashamichi or Sakuragicho. Yokohama Beer launched in 1999 on the site continuing the city's brewing lineage back to the 1869 Japan Brewery (Kirin's predecessor). The 1F stand was carved out of the larger UMAYA restaurant—2F still operates with 120 seats—on April 2, 2014, with six new taps installed facing the actual brewing tanks. The concept: a gas-station pit-stop where Yokohamaites refill on beer. Rotating Yokohama Beer drafts (Yokohama Lager, Weizen, Seya-ku wheat, Dōshi spring-water Pilsner) plus 3-beer flights at ¥930. House sausages, cash-on-self-service style, 12 indoor plus 12 terrace seats, children welcome.
