Open since July 2001, originally in a third-floor jumble of a building on Sotobori-dōri, then moved in 2021 to a ground-floor spot on Geisha-Shinmichi, the narrow alley connecting Hondo Yokocho to the slope below. Owner Higuchi Noboru is a JCBA figure, and the curation reflects it: 12 taps rotating across the most respected domestic micros (Fujizakura Kogen, Shiga Kogen, Minoh) plus German, Belgian, and American imports, with 40+ bottles always on hand. Twenty-six seats, counter-led, quiet enough to actually taste what you ordered. Smoking permitted in the designated section. A reference point for Tokyo craft, not a discovery.
