Founder Dan came up through the Yume Wo Katare ramen orbit (Boston to Okinawa) and built this as the calmer offshoot: four rotating craft taps plus fruit-leaning specialty coffee, often roasted by Acid Coffee Tokyo. Beer picks are guided by brewer Kaoru Tachibana (Grandline Brewing), so the lineup changes fast and stays nerdy. It sits on the first floor of U Share, an international student dorm, so you’ll hear students, locals, and beer regulars in the same breath. Take a counter seat if you want to watch the pour and the espresso work. Food is light but not an afterthought—pickles, papaya, and occasional ramen-shop chashu.
