Act4 is what happens when the old curry-udon shop energy in Shirokane gets rerouted into cans and natty bottles. The room is bright, with an L-shaped counter and a couple of stand tables; pop music stays low. It's largely a one-woman operation: you'll be pointed to the fridge at the entrance, then you talk preferences at the counter rather than study a menu. Expect Japanese craft cans (West Coast Brewing shows up), plus natural wine and the occasional Champagne for weekday locals. Prices swing with what you open, but you can keep it reasonable if you stick to one can and one plate. PayPay/card works; keep your group small.
