Brooklyn Brewery planted its world-first flagship here in the basement of K5, the reworked bank building in Kabutocho. The room’s calling card is the 20‑meter counter built from thousands of wood blocks; it’s designed to keep you facing the taps, not your phone. Food isn’t pub filler—tacos and plates overseen by Kitade Shokudo, built to match hop bite. The crowd skews hotel guests, nearby offices, and craft heads chasing limited kegs. They run cashless and host irregular beer seminars, art, and live music; the first Tuesday jazz night comes with a music charge. Look for the wall work by artist Masaya Nakayama, then drink something seasonal before it disappears.
