About

Omnipollo’s Tokyo outpost landed in Kabutocho in 2020, run by the Swedish brewery team behind Henok Fentie’s pastry‑brain recipes and Karl Grandin’s design obsessions. The space is a cleaned-up former eel shop: original timber ceiling overhead, then a hard switch to glossy sky-blue walls and neon trim. Regulars come for the rotating taps plus fridges of cans; you can crack a can here for a small surcharge. Expect experimental stouts and sour-leaning stuff, sometimes served slush-style. Food stays bar-scale—snacks and a few pub plates. On busy nights it tightens up fast, but conversation still carries. Tourists show up; locals hold the line. If you want calm, arrive early and take the wall ledge; late arrivals stand. Fully cashless.
