Sanity operates inside SUPER RAW, a glass-walled food hall on the 5th floor of NEWoMan Takanawa that opened September 2025. The craft beer specialist from Sangenjaya runs 16 taps featuring exclusive collaborations with domestic breweries—Black Tide from Kesennuma, Vertere from Okutama, limited batch IPAs and Lithuanian farmhouse ales brewed specifically for this location. It's a shared seating setup with AFURI ramen and Spice Theater curry counters flanking the beer station, so the vibe skews functional transit hub rather than den. Order Sanity's Hazy IPA collab, grab curry from next door, find a spot near the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Yamanote tracks. The 103-seat space fills fast after 6pm with commuters killing time before the Shinkansen.
