A big, all-day British pub on the ground floor of the Yurakucho Denki Building, run by Suntory's Dynac group. Wood, brass and warm low light across 125 seats that lean heavy on tables; the 13-seat counter is where solo drinkers should aim. It fills and gets loud with the Hibiya after-work crowd from 6pm. Beer is the point: Tokyo Craft Pale Ale and the house Victorian Alt pour alongside a well-kept Premium Malt's (a Suntory 神泡 shop). Order fish and chips or, on a weekend, the Sunday Roast, and work through the gin-and-tonic list. No cover charge, cards fine.
