Opened in 2022 on Setagaya-dori near Shoin-jinja-mae, this is run by two craft-beer lifers: Etsuro Sekita (ex-Ushitora) and Kaito Tsukui (ex-Repubrew). The room is a converted gyoza shop—glass frontage, wood tables, and a black L-counter (18 seats total, eight at the counter) built for solo drinkers who don’t want a scene. They call it a “drinkable shokudo”: lunch teishoku runs all day, then the menu pivots to chicken plates and oddball snacks (tom-yum potato salad, low-temp chicken carpaccio). Beer stays central with six rotating taps and pint-only pours (around ¥1,300)—no half measures—while nihonshu and natural wine cover the rest. Expect Setagaya regulars, not checklist tourists.
