Owner Jin Nakamura opened this used-book shop in 2022; the name is basically chill + relax. Many titles on the shelves started as his own. The room runs on 90s sports-and-street nostalgia—R&B and hip-hop in the background, a TV on when games are on, and a tight counter facing stacks of paperbacks. Coffee uses beans from a Nakano roaster, but the real tell is the beer fridge: Minoh Beer from his Osaka roots (WIPA if you like bite; stout if you don’t). Food is tuna jerky and giant corn, so eat first. Nine seats means quiet manners; pay by card and move along if you’re camping.
