VERTERE is a microbrewery born in the mountains of Okutama, deep western Tokyo, where clean water and forest air have shaped their house style for over a decade — botanical, hazy, and deliberately restless. The Tachikawa taproom, their third outpost after Okutama and Eifuku, opened May 2025: bare concrete floors, a blast of white paint, ~20 seats plus a small standing area. Twenty taps rotate constantly — saisons, hazy IPAs, porters — all VERTERE, no guests. No food on-site; bring your own and clear your rubbish. Card-only. No reservations.
