A standalone house-bistro five minutes north of Aobadai on the Denentoshi line, open since May 2010. The obsession is beer quality—daily equipment tuning, meticulous cleaning, a stated goal of pouring 'Japan's most supremely delicious Super Dry.' House drafts are Asahi Super Dry and Pilsner Urquell, held to a standard where regulars note the foam survives an entire pint. A rotating cast of Japanese craft and seasonals fills in the rest; check Instagram for that night's guests. Since 2019 the kitchen has added southern-French Provençal cooking—ahijo with baguette, pinchos, weekend brunch with homemade pizza. Forty-six seats across counter, sofa, two semi-private nooks, and a dog-friendly deck. Family-friendly through and through. ¥250 dinner cover; nothing at lunch.
