Flagship of HUGE Inc.'s 'New American' concept at Yokohama Hammerhead's cruise-terminal complex, opened October 31, 2019—claiming the world's only restaurant with onsite brewery, gin distillery, and coffee roastery under one roof. The brewery is NUMBER NINE BREWERY, run by Kengo Saito (brewing experience in New Zealand), who pulled Gold at Japan Great Beer Awards 2022 for the #9 Hazy pale ale (with juniper and coriander) and Bronzes for Hammerhead Ale and Key's Pilsner—the Pilsner brewed year-round with 100% Yamanashi hops from Kobayashi Farm, fresh-vacuum-sealed. Ten taps: five in-house plus guests and imports. Two floors, 155 seats, glass-walled brewhouse on 1F, gin still and bar on 2F, terraces with harbor and Ferris-wheel view. Josper charcoal oven drives BBQ ribs, steak, salmon sampler. 1F terrace is pet-friendly. ¥440 cover after 5pm.
