SMOKEHOUSE is a TYSONS & COMPANY outpost on Cat Street, opened in 2013 to bring low-and-slow BBQ into a city that usually rushes its meat. The room is built around an open kitchen, long communal tables, and a wall of sauces, with a patio for when the weather behaves. Beer isn’t an afterthought: drafts run through T.Y.HARBOR Brewery staples and seasonals, so you can treat it like a taproom that also happens to smoke brisket. The back bar leans bourbon-heavy, plus a tidy cocktail list for non-beer drinkers. Lunch moves fast; dinner is more of a sit-down session. Downstairs, the coffee shop is your palate reset.
