P-144×シトラバ is CITRABA’s Ikebukuro outpost (opened 2025), a collab inside Sunshine City’s “P-144” community building off Sunshine-dori. It’s less a beer-nerd cave, more a three-level dining pub: 1F counter for solo pours, 2F tables and sofas, and a B1 private room that can swallow a party. The hook is food—thick fresh pasta and small-plate Italian—backed by 8 rotating craft taps, plus 10 lemon sours using Odawara lemons. Interiors were designed by local designer Koichi Higamiyama, so it reads clean and deliberate. Order the Citraba Chicken early, then treat the tap list as garnish. Non‑smoking, English menu, card/QR payments, and an unavoidable otoshi ¥330.
