This is Kiuchi Brewery’s Shinjuku Station outpost for Hitachino Nest, opened March 18, 2024. It’s 15 counter seats, non-smoking, and designed for short stops—stand, pay cashless, move on. The hook isn’t décor; it’s the brewery’s own charcuterie: Ibaraki pork raised on spent grain, then processed at their ham workshop (BARREL SMOKE) into prosciutto and bacon plates. Start with the 3×120ml tasting set, then commit to a full pour. If you’re eating, order the ham plate or the focaccia-and-prosciutto sandwich. Hinomaru whisky and citrusy craft gin are there when you’re beered out. Power outlets, Wi‑Fi, and fill‑your‑own draft cans keep it commuter-facing. Inside JR gates.
