Taps and bottles run from Guinness and Brooklyn Lager to Japanese craft — Yo-Ho's Indo no Ao Oni, a Tokyo IPA, Wednesday Cat wheat. The signature move: skip the beer once and work through the Tanqueray server, a gin-soda rig pouring cucumber, sudachi, or honey-lemon Tanqueray Balls for 600-650 yen.
