Veteran craft beer cafe opened December 2007, now past its 18th year, on 6F of Dai-46 Tokyo Building one minute from Kokubunji south exit. One of the earliest serious craft beer specialists in the Tama area. Fourteen draft taps—Japanese craft leans with Pilsner Urquell anchoring the imported side—run on a "keg-rotation" system where each line is replaced the moment it kicks, so the full lineup turns over roughly weekly. Kitchen run by washoku chef "Icchī," using hyperlocal Kokubunji 300-year heritage vegetables (kokuveji) in gentle handmade dishes. Cash-on-delivery, no charge, 19 seats plus standing tables. Owner sells his own branded shichimi blend (Yawataya Isogoro custom) on-site. Non-smoking, kids welcome, cards and all QR accepted. Closed Sundays and first Monday of each month.
