Third-floor walk-up in a Sakuragaoka zakkyo building — low lighting, blackboard menus, and the quiet hum of a room that doesn't need to try. Open since 2012, TAKI is the owner's obsession made physical: he personally tours Japan's breweries and sake kuras to curate the rotating selection, and occasionally hauls in the sashimi himself — literally. Three taps rotate when the keg dies, not on a schedule. With 400–450 sake labels cycling through per year and zero cover charge, this is the Shibuya craft bar for people who already know what they want.
