Opened Halloween 2025 as DevilCraft's fifth Tokyo outpost — the spin-off where they ditched the Chicago deep dish and went Detroit-style, by the slice or whole. Run by the same three American founders (Mike Grant, Jason Koehler, John Chambers) who started the original Kanda location in 2011 and built their own brewery in 2015. Thirteen taps rotate between house brews and guest craft, and the brewing operation has World Beer Cup golds to back it up. Twelve seats in total. Red facade on a quiet Uchikanda side street. Cashless only. The room has a mirror ball hanging from the ceiling, which tells you they don't take themselves too seriously.
