PIZZAKAYA isn't a new 'craft' concept; it's a long-running Tokyo American-pizza outfit that started in Nishi-Azabu in 1996 and has now resurfaced in Roppongi 1-chome's office-tower corridor. The room is built for after-work demand: high tables, standing overflow up to 60, projector, outlets, and Wi-Fi, so bookings tilt corporate. Beer is the point: about ten taps plus bottles, leaning US-style with some local rotation; California wine is the backup plan. There's no cover, and cards/QR payments are normal - good, because nobody wants to hunt for an ATM in this block. Order one of the topping-heavy pies (pepperoni is the safe bet) and treat the gluten-free option as functional, not a statement.
