About

Maribana Sancha is Product of Time’s ‘taishu sakaba × craft’ experiment, opened 2020-05-29 a few minutes from Sangenjaya. The name comes from 毬花 (hop flower), and the space plays the joke straight: old-school signage outside, then twelve taps lined up behind a U-shaped counter and a big pot of shio-nikomi. Tap list splits domestic and imports; pours run half US pints for sampling. Food is izakaya staples pushed through Thai/European seasoning—papaya salad, salt stew, skewers—built to stand up to aromatic beer. All seats are non-smoking, terrace spots exist, and there’s no otoshi. Bring cash or PayPay; English menus appear on request.
