Second-floor walk-up above Tateishi's old-school senbero alleys — 12 seats, low-key modern interior, zero neon chaos from the street below. Owner Maeda Kaoru, 26, trained as a licensed brewer before opening in September 2025; he also runs a phantom brewery called Chrono Brewing, contract-producing his own dark beer lineup. At least 3 of 6 taps are always dark — stout, porter, dark lager — with 30+ rotating craft options. Order the house KARAFA Imperial Stout, pair it with the corned beef potato salad, and ignore the Lager tap entirely.
