An Solas plays it straight: a proper Irish room two minutes from Yoyogi, fifty seats, wood and low light, the Guinness poured in two pulls by staff who know to let it settle. The draft list runs Kilkenny, Heineken and Magners cider; the real depth is the Irish whiskey shelf — Green Spot, Redbreast 12, Connemara, the full Bushmills run. No cover, cards fine, non-smoking inside with a terrace for the smokers and summer pints. Come on a match day for the noise, or take a quiet weeknight stool and work the whiskey list. Order the stout, then a Redbreast, and don't rush either.
