Opened in June 2023, Komuro Beer is a bottle shop that happens to pour. Ten Japan-focused taps rotate fast, and the fridges are the real game—grab cans and bottles you won’t see on mainstream menus, then drink them on-site with an opener fee. The couple behind the counter keep it retail-first: quick pours, quick recommendations, no theatrics. The room is basically a long counter, a communal table, and a wall of cold storage, so conversations drift whether you want them or not. They run tap takeovers and post the tap list on Instagram, not on a chalkboard outside. If you’re coming with a group, DM ahead; seats disappear early.
