Akasaka beer-and-banquet operation run by Tregion Inc., whose mission is gastro-led support for the Tohoku region after 3.11. This is the company's third and largest venue, opened June 2018 on the second floor above 'Butaball'—reached via a chandelier-lit spiral staircase. Designed by CEO Yoshida Kei around a 'Tohoku port town' concept, with a central table topped by wooden inlays shaped like the six Tohoku prefectures, each made from that prefecture's own timber. Rotating craft beer from Tohoku breweries pours next to local sake and wines (40+ SKUs). Kitchen runs Sanriku oysters and sashimi, Sendai beef tongue, Iwate short-horn roast beef, harako rice, hoya. 140-inch screen, 77 seats, up to 100 for private buyouts. ¥550 cover after 5pm.
