Romance is a Nishiazabu late-night okonomiyaki spot that wears its beer-bar DNA—its earlier 'kisobar & GORA BREWERY' branding—without the cosplay. It’s about 30 seats. Owner Shinsuke Kiso (Kobe-born) runs the room like a small club: regulars at the counter, newcomers pushed to tables, staff moving fast around the iron. Lighting stays low, griddle noise never stops, and the menu is built for beer—okonomiyaki plus teppan snacks and late-night carbs. Tap and can selection skews craft, rotating with whatever’s current, so you drink what’s pouring, not what you planned. There’s a cover (counter cheaper than tables) and a 22:00 surcharge. E-cigs inside only; paper outside.
