A husband-and-wife American diner on a quiet Senju backstreet, run by a chef who logged 30 years in New York and Florida kitchens. White-and-black retro fit-out, sixteen seats split between a short counter and tables, lit bright and pitched at conversation volume. The draw is a Tap Marche line of four rotating craft taps plus a Brooklyn pour, backed by wine, whiskey and cocktails. Order the 120g coarse-ground beef burger or the coconut-crusted catfish sandwich, take a counter stool, and work through the seasonal taps. No otoshi, cards and QR fine, English menu on hand. Go early on weekends; the small room fills fast.
