P2B Haus (opened 2020) sits behind Kichijoji Tokyu, built more like a compact restaurant than a shot-and-go beer counter: 27 seats, banquettes, and a menu that actually explains the taps. The owner is a working CTO (sotarok), and the tech DNA shows—house beer CTO IPA is a West Coast IPA brewed with Kanpai! Brewing in Waseda, with the recipe treated like open-source. Twelve taps rotate domestic microbreweries with occasional familiar imports, plus a side bench of sake and wine. Weekday nomihodai usually covers part of the tap list; expect a ¥300 snack charge and a one-food order rule. Regulars buy into the P2P glass-keep membership; tap takeovers and nitro projects keep it local.
