Yo-Ho Brewing's official taproom, one flight up off Shintora-dori's boulevard, a short walk from Shimbashi. This is where the Nagano brewery pours its widest draft lineup — Yona Yona Ale, Aooni IPA, Suiyoubi no Neko — alongside rotating guests, so skip the bottle and open with the tasting flight to calibrate before committing. The room runs bright and wood-heavy, 68 seats deep; by 7pm on a weekday the salaryman exodus fills it and the volume climbs. Pair the pours with the roast chicken and house sausages. Non-smoking, cards fine, no cover — outside wine runs 3,000 yen a bottle. Come early or wait.
