Glass-fronted Noge beer-and-sake bar two minutes from Hinodecho Station, opened May 2018 along the Ōoka River by owner Akichika Uchida after training at Shimbashi's Brasserie Beer Boulevard—itself the Dry-Dock manager's spin-off—under pouring master Yusuke Sato, who teaches venting CO2 to unlock aroma and mouthfeel. The beer signature is one brand, three pours: Asahi Super Dry rendered sharp, single-cast, or double-cast, yielding entirely different drinks from the same keg. Pilsner Urquell and craft rotate on the other lines. Thirty-odd sakes split into four flavor types, staff recommends pairs at half-serving. Seventeen seats counter-led, blackboard-only menu, no otoshi or table charge. Sister shops Hachimoji in Kita-Senju. Cash only.
