Yokohama Bay Brewing's newest flagship, opened June 20, 2024 on THE YOKOHAMA FRONT 2F—three minutes from Yokohama Station's Northern West Exit via direct JR connection. Founder Shinya Suzuki, formerly head brewer at Yokohama Beer before founding Bay Brewing in 2011 and traveling to the Czech Republic to learn triple-decoction, runs twenty-four taps here: fifteen in-house beers plus ten rotating guests from across Japan. The signature Bay Pilsner took gold in Bohemian-Style Pilsner at World Beer Cup 2025—the first Asian win in that category—poured from a Czech-imported server. Kitchen signature is Singapore chicken rice with jasmine rice cooked in five-hour chicken broth. Thirty-five seats, seventeen at the counter staring down the tap wall. Non-smoking, cashless, open daily 11:30–23:00.
