About
1n58 bal is a 14-seat Italian bar (10 tables, 4 counter) a short walk from Nakameguro and basically across from the Roastery. Owner-chef Terukazu Murakami trained in Michelin kitchens, then spent over two decades in Italy; his plates lean Sicilian—seafood, vegetables, and pasta that can handle strong drinks. The hook is the “owners’ favorites” concept: four opened craft beers, natural wine, and a craft gin wall that clears 100 bottles. Dogs are part of the program—Katsu and Udon patrol the floor—so keep your bag off the ground. There’s a ¥400 table charge; pay it and stay for a second round.
