Caliquors Tokyo WEST (opened Jan 9, 2023) is the Chitose-Funabashi offshoot of the Kanda Caliquors bottle shop, built around the kakuuchi habit: buy it cold, drink it here, move on. It’s standing-only—fridge wall, slim counter, quick transactions—so the crowd is locals doing a 0th round before dinner or grabbing a can on the way home. The rules are posted: opener fee for shop bottles (¥300 under 720ml, ¥1500 over), and carry-in snacks are normal. Expect to land around ¥2,000–3,000 if you stay for a couple. Stock leans craft beer, natural wine, and sake, with occasional pop-up food nights. Non-smoking, and cashless payments are fine.
