Olla is AND BEER’s Asagaya outpost, run by the Ando couple: brewer Yuriko behind the beer, Koji behind the food. Their Koenji taproom started in 2017 (brewing from 2018), then they built a Katsunuma, Yamanashi brewery in 2021 to play with wine-barrel aging and seasonal ferments. Open since May 2023, this room is small (15 seats) and more focused than the Koenji mothership: four-ish taps of house beer, a short shelf of Yamanashi-leaning Japanese wine, and tacos built on tortillas pressed and baked daily. Expect cactus and Mexican tableware—Koji’s travel souvenir, not décor strategy. Dogs stay on the terrace; come early if you want the counter and the freshest pours.
