Opened Feb 1, 2023 right outside Inokashira Koen Station, TOCA is built like a working kitchen with an L‑counter wrapped around it and a tap wall at the back. They installed 15 taps and usually run about 13–14 craft beers, plus a dedicated cider line and a nihonshu slot; pours start at 250ml so you can sample without committing. There’s also a small bottle-shop fridge for carryout. Food is spice-leaning bar fare—potesara, karaage, dips—meant to keep you drinking, not to slow you down. When the standing floor gets tight, they sometimes open the upstairs. Pay by VISA, e-money, or QR, grab a takeaway cup, and go sit in the park.
