Opened December 8, 2017 by Ishimoto-san, a kissaten coffee guy who pivoted to craft beer without abandoning the coffee. The name fuses 純真無垢 (mu, innocent) with raf (rough, casual). The cafe exterior is the bait, but the sign on the door is blunt: this is a beer bar, not a cafe, no food-only customers. Six to eight rotating taps plus around 30 bottles, served in three glass sizes including uharari thin-walled for the cleanest pour. Now seven years in, mukuraf releases their own collab brews (INNOCENT HAZE v3) and runs an online shop. Food is handmade end-to-end, no commercial sauces: hand-rolled meatballs, retro Showa-style omurice, herb-rosemary fries. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
