Yaho Brewing, the Nagano outfit that dragged Japanese craft beer out of the wilderness with Yona Yona Ale back in 1997, planted its largest flag here in March 2026, wired straight into Shinagawa Intercity. Two hundred seats, on-site tanks, and the after-work Shinkansen crowd give it the volume of an airport gate at 7pm; go earlier, or take the counter by the brewing glass if you want to hear yourself. Order a flight to map the ten-plus house taps, then the roast chicken. No otoshi, no table charge, multilingual menu, built for the platform-hopping business district, not the purist's basement. Bright, boisterous, unashamedly commercial.
