Manager Tomoya Ino and the crew obsess over basics: natural-yeast bread, German medal sausages, open-fire roasted coffee, and keg beer kept on tight quality control. Locals treat it as a ‘morning beer’ hack—draft before 10am without pretending it’s brunch. Tap choices lean classic rather than hype, with rotating ‘world beer’ barrels when they feel like it, plus wine and junmai sake. The walls double as a mini gallery and merch shelf. Order at the register, drink standing at the counter, then move on.
