Sister project to the long-queued Ikebukuro bistro, opened September 2021 on the ground floor of the Nono Aoyama complex. All-day dining: weekend breakfast from 9am, weekday lunch, dinner, and bar hours through 22:00. On-site RACINES Microbrewery pours a house Saison alongside a glass cellar of natural wines—everything available by the glass. Kitchen sources from 60+ low-pesticide and organic contract farms nationwide, menu rewriting daily. Sixty seats inside under natural light, plus a dog-friendly terrace that runs full in warmer months. Stylish Aoyama crowd, strollers welcome. Not strictly a beer destination—more a natural-food restaurant that happens to brew its own Saison next to the dining room.
