A craft-beer-geek hideout run by a brewer-turned-bar-manager, opened December 21, 2024 on Hanasaki-cho, two minutes from Sakuragicho—the tenant space that held Sakura Taps for nine years before its move to the Bay Brewing building. Eight rotating taps focused on Japanese indie breweries alongside international picks (recent pours have included Hitachino's High Five and France's Citram). Counter seats, one larger table, plus a round standing table in the middle. Food is Mexican: small-format 3.5-inch carnitas tacos (¥450), jerk chicken, chili con carne, nachos, biryani—six-plus taco varieties, Tuesday is TACO Tuesday. Non-smoking, cards/QR only, Wednesday closed. Weekday happy hour until 18:00 drops medium craft pours by ¥50.
