A self-described 'Tiny Local Brewpub' tucked into a quiet residential block about 10 minutes northwest of Akita Station — the kind of place you walk past twice before noticing the sign. Founded in 2018 by Tomonari Tsutsui, whose name portmanteau of 'Brewery' and 'Broccoli' says everything about his personality: earnest, unpretentious, locally rooted. He brews in-house — rotating taps run from smoked lagers and Helles to IPAs and Belgian Pales. The park directly out front makes daytime pints a genuine option. Come solo, sit at the counter, let the staff walk you through the current lineup.
