Yokohama branch of the CRAFTSMAN craft-beer bistro chain, opened March 24, 2016 in Tsuruya-cho's restaurant building a minute from Yokohama Station's northwest exit. Run by Tokyo-based Product of Time Group (CEO Tomoyoshi Sen), whose original Gotanda CRAFTSMAN launched in 2013 and helped define the craft-beer-bistro format in Japan, with sister branches in Sendai and Kichijoji (CRAFT & Romance). Thirty-one rotating drafts from Kanagawa locals, Japanese seasonal-ingredient brewers, Portland, the UK, Belgium, and Vietnam, plus 150-odd bottles and house craft-beer cocktails. Brass piping routes kegs from the back fridge through the ceiling to the bar in a brewhouse aesthetic. Kitchen runs a 'Mex-Italian' fusion—handmade pasta, homemade-dough pizza, tacos, jalapeño small plates, Belgian frites with three mayos. 58 seats plus terrace. No cover.
