ØL Tokyo is Oslo Brewing Co.’s Tokyo foothold, built like a Scandinavian café that happens to run a serious tap wall. It took over the old Mikkeller Tokyo room, so the regulars still talk in ‘before/after’ eras. Expect a clean lineup—house beers plus rotating guests—served without theatrics, with the tap list reading like a mix of Nordic restraint and Tokyo experimentation. Daytime skews coffee-and-laptop; later it fills with Shibuya locals and expats who’d rather discuss yeast than nightlife. Smokers drift to the terrace, and food tends to come via pop-up/food-truck partners instead of a heavy kitchen. Walk in, scan, commit, repeat.
