Opened May 2022, THE BARRAGAN sells itself as “Mexican & Craft Beer” but the real trick is the split personality: casual taco-and-tap up front, then a darker cocktail lounge deeper in with its own reservations. The décor riffs on architect Luis Barragán—blocks of color, pink neon, staged shadows—so photos happen, but it still runs as an after-office pit stop. Instagram pushes Taco Tuesday and the tap rotation (about 8 craft lines plus Mexican bottles). They also lean on CAJYUTTA-style citrus presses for the signature whole-lemon sour. Expect a ¥500 charge, cashless payments, and heated-tobacco-only smoking separation. Terrace seats buy you oxygen.
