Open since 2016, the 20-tap craft selection is supervised by Aoki-san of Ryogoku's legendary Popeye, which is the credential that matters in a neighborhood better known for shōwa-era yokocho than craft. Inside leans American warehouse: single-piece wood counter, exposed lighting, projector for sports. The list runs mostly domestic (Baird, Ise Kadoya, Strange Brewing, Yo-Ho) with rotating imports. Food is American diner, not izakaya: hamburger steak in garlic-soy horseradish sauce, double cheeseburgers, chili cheese dogs, BBQ pork ribs. The 32-seat terrace is the move for pet owners, smokers, or daytime drinking; kids welcome anywhere. ¥300 seating fee, BYO drinks allowed.
