BEER VISTA BREWERY

Opened in December 2022 by Backpackers’ Japan, VISTA started brewing in July 2023 under head brewer Daisuke Furusato, a longtime bartender from the company’s hostel-and-bar circuit. The room was a print shop before it became this: concrete floor, exposed ceiling, a long black-washi counter, and tanks at the back. The house idea is plain enough: "town beer shop," not beer-nerd theater. House beer usually dominates the list, with recipes built around drinking situations rather than hop trivia. Start with Itsumono, the bitter they treat as their "for now" beer, then let the spicier kitchen wake up the hazy or dark pours.
