2nd COOPER is the Okachimachi sibling of Shinbashi’s Cooper Ale’s, opened in 2023 and run like a British pub rather than a taproom showroom. Expect 12–15 rotating drafts plus a deep bench of imported bottles, with the chalkboard doing most of the talking. It pulls post-shopping locals and beer nerds, not stadium-tour groups. The food isn’t an afterthought: fish & chips comes with malt vinegar, tartar, ketchup, and a proper curry dip, and they push you to eat (two dishes per person). No cover charge, non-smoking, and cards + PayPay work. Sit at the bar, ask what just came on, and keep it European.
