Kyojima gourmet burger shop opened July 2014, wrapping the outer wall of Hikifune's Ito-Yokado. Patties ground in-house from 100% beef, vegetables from the market that morning, homemade buns, and a BBQ sauce they treat like a flagship. Rotating monthly specials and seasonal limiteds—pink sakura bun with salt-cured cherry blossom in April, tower-height ripe avocado cheeseburger in summer, Colby Jack cheeseburger added after Trump's re-election. Craft beer and sommelier-picked wines alongside; dinner service adds mini burgers built for drinking. 27 seats plus an 8-seat terrace (smoking out there, non-smoking inside). ¥200 drink add-on at lunch. No cover, closed Tuesdays.
