A beer-and-gyoza counter in Jimbocho's book district that runs on Suntory's Musashino Brewery craft line: the God Foam Premium Malt's pour and the Divine Foam Pale Ale, which lands at maybe sixty taps nationwide. Thirty-two seats plus standing room, smoke in the air, a kitchen turning out hand-wrapped gyoza and blunt Chinese plates. Lighting is functional, the volume is high, the crowd is local. Order a Pale Ale and a plate of gyoza, and stand if the seats are full. No otoshi, but seat-only bookings owe 2,000 yen per head each hour. Cards work. Go early on weeknights before the after-work rush claims the counter.
